Coffee Cuff™ is part of the Hero Pack League of Heroes and proudly send some of our products to you in 100% home compostable bags (depending on the size of your package). Our favourite plastic-free eco-friendly shipping solution!
The bags are also made from materials that if they ended up in landfill, would still break down with no waste.
Your goods will be sent via Australia Post and we will send you tracking details for large parcels.
Each product is hand assembled and despatched from Noosa to provide you with maximum customisation and fast shipping times.
At the moment we do not offer express shipping but are hoping to implement that in the near future.
Cups and cuffs are food storage items, we only accept returns of unused items, or by reason of manufacturing default or misprint.
We can only refund items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, for example:
- the original paperwork still inside;
- the item is in its original packaging; and
- the item is unused and as received.
Please contact us to advise of a product return. A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
