Shipping policy

Packaging
Coffee Cuff is part of the Hero Pack League of Heroes and proudly sends your products to you in 100% home compostable bags where possible.

The bags are also made from materials that if they ended up in landfill, would still break down with no waste.

Assembly
Each product is hand assembled and despatched from Noosa to provide you with maximum customisation and fast shipping times.

Express shipping
At the moment we do not offer express shipping but are hoping to implement that in the near future.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 15kilometres of postcode 4573. 

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the USA, UK and New Zealand, please email info@coffeecuff.com.au for a quote. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number for large parcels you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping
Your goods will be sent to you via Australia Post and we will send you tracking details for larger parcels. To keep shipping costs down for customers we do not offer tracking for small parcels. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@coffeecuff.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Small parcels may be sent to PO Boxes. For larger orders a physical street address is required.
