Coffee Cuff Returns & Refunds Policy

At Coffee Cuff, every product is crafted with care, personalisation, and purpose. We specialise in custom-engraved coffee cups and sleeves designed to reflect your unique style or message. Because of this, our returns policy is tailored to protect the integrity of custom work while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

General Returns

We accept returns for non-customised items under the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
  • A restocking fee of $5 applies per item.

 

Custom Engraved Products

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that include:

  • Products which have engraved silicone sleeves ("cuffs")
  • Engraved stainless steel cups

These items are made to order and cannot be resold or repurposed.


Incorrect Engraving

If we’ve made an error in engraving (e.g. wrong text or image):

  • Please email info@coffeecuff.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect engraving.
  • We’ll send a corrected replacement free of charge, including shipping.


Gift Returns

Gifted items that are not customised may be returned for store credit or exchange, provided they meet our general return criteria.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
