We will engrave for FREE your custom drink order onto the cuff of your choice, and you simply slip it onto your reusable takeaway or office cup. It can include your name with or without your drink order, a personal message, or any text you like.
We've kept the text design subtle and stylish, but it's still clear enough to be read easily. If you want to keep the details to yourself for the rest of the day, simply turn it inside out so it displays the gorgeous raindrop pattern.
- We recommend a maximum of 39 characters, including spaces, and up to 3 lines.
- We recommend a maximum of 52 characters, including spaces, and up to 4 lines.
If you have a custom logo then we can also do that for you. Attach the file when you add the cuff to your cart. Logos incur a small additional fee. Otherwise our logo will be displayed by default.

The cuffs fit most standard-sized cups but if you’re unsure, just check the Size Does Matter guide or grab a cup from our ever-expanding range to choose from.
Fits most barista cups, such as:
- Small 250ml/8oz
- The Small Cuff can stretch, but sits in position on a cup with 75mm diameter at one edge the cuff and 70mm diameter at the other edge. The height of the cuff is 40mm.
Fits most barista cups, such as:
- Medium 350ml/12oz
- Large 400ml/14oz
- Extra Large 470ml/16oz
- The Large Cuff can stretch but sits in position on a cup with 80mm diameter at one edge of the cuff and 70mm diameter at the other edge. The height of the cuff is 65mm.
Both cuff sizes are tapered in shape. If you order the Cuff and it does not fit your existing cup, contact us and you can purchase a cup at a discounted rate, which will fit the Cuff.
The cuffs can easily be slid into place and then should sit firmly when in position without sliding. Soapy water can assist sliding into position if the fit is extra firm.

Yes! Our silicone sleeves are completely dishwasher safe. If the cup is also dishwasher safe, then the cuff can remain on the cup while in the dishwasher.

No, the personalisation is permanently etched into the silicone sleeves using professional engraving techniques. It won't fade, peel, or wash off, even after hundreds of washes. Your design will last as long as the cup itself.
Little maintenance is needed to keep it in great condition. If it does get dirt or marks on it, then it will normally wipe off. You can try using soapy water and a cloth. For more stubborn stains, isopropyl alcohol spray could be applied and used to wipe the surface.
Upon receiving each order, we customise the design and layout to the customer's needs. We then use a laser machine to engrave the silicone surface to the optimal depth. Upon completion of lasering, each piece is manually cleaned to ensure it is ready to be used upon being received by the customer.
Please contact us if you have any special requests, and we'd be happy to help. We have various options available, such as adding your company logo and engraving on opposite sides of the sleeve (in 2 locations). The most common choice is a Name & Coffee Order or a custom message when it is a gift.
