Yes! Our bamboo coffee cups are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack for best results. The silicone sleeves can remain on the cups while in the dishwasher.

Absolutely! The bamboo design keeps hot drinks hot for short periods (30-45mins) – with the silicone sleeve acting as an insulator and to protect your hand. This means your hands stay comfortable regardless of the beverage temperature inside. They are designed for liquids up to 100˚C.

No, the personalisation is permanently etched into the silicone sleeves using professional engraving techniques. It won't fade, peel, or wash off, even after hundreds of washes. Your design will last as long as the cup itself.

The silicone lids on the majority of the bamboo cups push down onto the glass cup body to create a seal. The lids are splash resistant to prevent accidental spills if the cup is tilted, but they are not designed to be leakproof. Most of the bamboo cups feature a stopper to insert into the mouth piece to further assist.

The 16oz & 17oz cups with the solid lids provide even better protection against spill due to the screw on design.
